National Hoarding Services is a referral and information platform. We help connect visitors with independent, third-party hoarding cleanup providers ("Specialists") who are not owned or operated by National Hoarding Services. We do not perform cleanup, sanitation, or removal services ourselves, and we do not supervise, employ, or control the Specialists in our network.

No Warranty on Third-Party Services

Any cleanup, removal, sanitation, or related services are performed entirely by independent Specialists. We make reasonable efforts to work with licensed and insured providers, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any service performed by a Specialist. Any agreement for services is between you and the Specialist directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Hoarding Services is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from services performed by third-party Specialists, or from your use of or reliance on information provided on this Site. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by National Hoarding Services or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
